Spooky Events For Halloween
Halloween is just around the corner and there’s all kinds of events this month to celebrate!
Fright Nite Manor
Fright Nite Manor is one of the longest running haunted houses in Anchorage and it is terrifying. New horrors are located around every corner of the 10,000 square foot mansion, and you won’t be spared from any of them.
Halloween Train
Alaska Railroad has a special kid-friendly Halloween Train, with a magician, crafts, games, and of course, candy! It’s a few hours of wholesome and spooky fun, and is varied enough to entertain all ages!
Halloween At The Museum
Trick-or-treat through the exhibits, listen to local urban legends and stories, watch some spooky scientific demonstrations, and bop to Monster Mash at the light show. Alaska Museum hosts this fun event every year, with entertainment for the whole family.
Halloween Bar Crawl
Put on your best costume and follow the group around town to visit different bars with haunting drink specials. Meet new friends as you indulge in a bit of witch’s brew and enter the costume contest to win a $1000 prize!
Zoo Boo
Trick-or-treat at the zoo in your costume! Themed crafts and entertainment will be scattered between the animal exhibits. Take a good look at the spookier animals, like the bats!
Lights! Camera! Murder!
The Historic Anchorage Hotel is hosting an interactive murder mystery, where you can try your hand at solving whodunit – or covering up your own crime! The murder takes place at a Hollywood after-party – but who’s really the best actor?
Zombie Prom
Attend zombie prom in your best undead outfit at 49th State Brewing! In and amongst dancing to some of today’s hits, you’ll have the chance to win best costume in a number of categories, eat some delicious food, and take a photo to remember the night you died.
